On the stage of domestic baked goods and traditional pastries, leading brands have never ceased their forward momentum. Faced with growing market demands and expanding production scales, a top industry brand partnered with Guangdong Wijay to jointly create a new automated production line. Among its highlights, the raw material automation processing system developed by Wijay, with its precision, efficiency, and cleanliness, has become the core engine of this modern production line, helping the customer step into a new era of intelligent manufacturing. 
The core of this project lies in automating the handling of basic materials such as flour, granulated sugar, and purified water. Deeply understanding the customer’s pain points, Wijay’s engineering team utilized advanced positive-pressure pneumatic conveying technology to design a stable system capable of conveying up to 4 tons per hour, with a maximum conveying distance of 100 meters and a lift of 4 meters. This laid a solid foundation for subsequent precise batching.

Three Core Modules, Building a Fully Automated Closed-Loop Process
1. Intelligent Feeding and Storage System: Clean, Efficient, and Flexible
Flour Handling: The front-end configured screening and feeding station is specifically designed for flour, supporting both bulk bag and small bag feeding modes to seamlessly adapt to the customer’s varying production rhythms. The entire feeding process is enclosed and dust-free, significantly enhancing workshop cleanliness. The materials are then smoothly conveyed to two large flour storage tanks, ready for use.
Sugar Handling: The independent sugar feeding station also adheres to cleanliness standards, ensuring sugar enters its dedicated storage tank in a dust-free environment.

2. Purified Water Constant Temperature Processing System: Precise Temperature Control, Ready for Use
Purified water is one of the “souls” of pastries. The constant temperature system developed by Weijie conveys purified water to specially designed water storage and heat exchange tanks. Operators can simply set the target temperature on the control panel, and the system intelligently adjusts to ensure the water temperature consistently meets process requirements. Finally, driven by centrifugal pumps, the constant-temperature purified water is accurately conveyed to various usage points.

3. High-Precision Weighing and Batching System: The Heart of Formulation, The Core of Quality
This system serves as the “brain” of the entire project. Seven high-precision weighing tanks are arranged side by side, capable of accurately measuring and dispensing flour, sugar, process water, and other materials according to the customer’s diverse product formulations. With a batching accuracy of up to 0.3%, the system strictly safeguards the consistency of product flavor and quality through technological means. The batched materials are then vertically discharged into 11 mixers, achieving efficient and seamless integration.

Wijay has endowed this system with an intelligent “brain.” The entire system is centrally controlled by a PLC, enabling automated management and real-time data traceability throughout the production process. The user interface is simple and intuitive, significantly reducing operational complexity and ensuring more stable, efficient, and reliable production operations.
