It has 5 internationally leading production lines with a production capacity of up to 220 tons/day. The material automation system designed by Vijay for this project can handle 76.8% of the total amount of all production raw materials. The system involves 3 kinds of powders and 5 kinds of fluid raw materials, such as flour, powdered sugar, syrup, oil, water and other raw materials. The system includes raw material feeding, storage, temperature control, screening, transportation, weighing and metering, formula management and traceability.
